About Us

Morris Care & Advice Pharmacy was originally owned by well known pharmacist John Morris who sadly passed away in 2016. John sold the pharmacy to Eddie Edwards who was well known in the Oxley Park community.

Veronica purchased her first pharmacy, Colyton Centre Pharmacy after her travelling locum years when she finally felt ready. During the course of owning Colyton Centre Pharmacy, Veronica has had 3 children and has enjoyed time with her babies after each was born. This meant that the day to day running of the business was handed over to her husband, Howard. With Howard at the helm of Colyton Centre Pharmacy, Veronica then purchased Morris Care & Advice Pharmacy where you will find her most days.

Veronica is proud to be a National Convenor of Mums 4 Refugees. Mums 4 Refugees was born from a playgroup of mums who just wanted to do some good for their local community. It started as a way for refugees to be able to practice their English skills and now has over 43,000 followers on Facebook alone.

With over 4,000 women actively volunteering nationally, the group works closely with other nonprofits and provides practical help to refugees. Some of this help includes providing furniture and bedding for houses and shelters, foodbanks, clothing and blankets. The group also lobbies for political change and fundraises to help secure legal and medical assistance for refugees.

Our Pharmacists

Kelvin is passionate about pharmacy and making a difference in the health outcomes of his patients. He enjoys chatting about their life experiences and travel stories, and loves to get on his bike and explore trails in his free time.

An avid tennis fan, Howard studied psychology and clinic bioinformatics before eventually graduating with a Masters of Pharmacy from The University of Newcastle. He loves Netflix, road trips up and down the coast, and the 3 small humans he and Veronica share.

Veronica first started out working in pharmacy in Cabramatta at the age of 16. She spent several years as a travelling pharmacist working in regional and metropolitan NSW before eventually going into business for herself in Colyton and then Oxley Park in Sydney's far west. A former refugee, she dedicates her spare time to charity and volunteer work for the community.

Christie has been working in pharmacy since she was 17. She is a professional Makeup Artist and founder of C L Beauty (Instagram @christielee_beauty). She loves music festivals, shopping and chicken and can’t understand what the big deal is with seafood. She is a gym junkie and believes “no pain no gain”.

Leon enjoys travelling, photography, fine dining, music, movies and theatre. Leon has been working in pharmacy since 2012. He is one third Italian and one third German. Leon is a master of technology and can bend any device to his will.

Nikki enjoys boxing and working out at the gym. She loves fine dining, a night out with the girls and especially enjoys her travells throughout Scotland and Ireland. Nikki has 3 children and a wicked sense of humor and can often be heard making everyone laugh out loud in the pharmacy.
